It’s a pretty sweet trip I’m not gunna lie. Hopefully it’s friendly jealousy you have there. I’m ashamed to say I’ve never read ‘On the Road’. But I guess I’ll read it when I get home and reflect and see if the journey I took has parallels. I picked the cities essentially so that I could go from west to east coast via the south and would get to see how the country changed from city to city and state to state. That’s sort of the reason behind this trip; the USA is so huge and varied so I wanted to see what is consistent throughout the country.
